FAQ's How long does it take to get an appointment? Generally, we can get you in at your earliest convenience - even on the same day that you call.
What insurance do you take? We are contracted with Medicare, BCBS, TennCare and most commercial insurance companies. If you are unsure if we are contracted with your insurance provider, we will be happy to check for you; prior to your appointment.
Will I have my test on the same day as my office visit? No. When you come for your first visit the doctor will see you and determine if a test is needed and whether it is safe for you. If so, you will be set up on a day that is convenient for you and your family since you will need a driver the day of your test.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment? Yes. If you are taking any medications, bring them with you. If you have had a recent test by a referring physician, please bring a copy of the results, if possible. This will save you time when you arrive. Also, if you have filled out your pre-registration paperwork, please be sure to bring it with you.
Do I have to be referred to your office by my family doctor? Most insurance carriers do not require a referral from a family physician, however, some TennCare insurance providers do. If you are unsure, check with your insurance carrier. What age patients do you accept? We accept all age groups, from age six to 106. |
