My procedure was simple and uneventful. My care from the front desk and the nurse was professional. Nurse anesthetist never explained anything he was doing, no reassurance from him at all. Never saw my doctor nor heard his voice…
I know he is extremely busy but just a simple appearance would have been appreciated. I believe as a patient we deserve that no matter how small the procedure is.

The care I receive is excellent, but I waited 2 1/2 hours for simple instructions for a colonoscopy prep. I could have been in and out in 20 minutes tops but waited 2 1/2 hours.

Short waiting time. Front desk was very polite and immediately took the information neefed. The nurse was patient friendly, and asked many questions about hospital and medications. Dr. Nuako is very thorough and very forward, he listens to the patient. Personally, I like to know exactly what I am being faced with.
